Terms and Conditions
All payments are non-refundable, except under certain conditions as explained herein. We guarantee that your payment will be sent to the correctional institution for posting to the account of the inmate that you specify within the processing time for your selected service level. Additional time may be required for the correctional institution, or their payment processor, for these funds to be made available to the inmate. In the event that we do not meet our guaranteed processing time, we will issue a partial refund of 50% of the processing fee. All claims for credit due to our failure to send your payment to the correctional institution for processing to the account of the inmate you have specified must be made within five days of submitting your payment.
If we are unable to post your payment to the prison commissary account of the inmate that you specify due to your providing inaccurate information and we receive the total amount of your payment back from the correctional institution or their payment processor, we will refund your payment and 50% of the processing fee. If we receive less than the full amount of the payment back from the correctional institution, we will refund the amount of the payment that we receive back, and less 50% of your processing fee. If we are unable to post your payment to the account of the inmate that you specify for any other reason, we will refund your entire payment and processing fee. If inmate is released or transferred, the money will be refunded back to your account, minus the transaction fee. All correspondence relating to claims for credit must be made via e-mail to email@example.com.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
